MEET THE TEAM
Nolan Pascu
Founder and Creative Director
Pascu Creative was founded in 2021 by Nolan Pascu, a driven creative with a focus on helping brands achieve their goals. Nolan has experience with the NFL, and MLB as a Live Content Creator, as well as being the Student Director of Creative Video with the University of Akron Football Team. Whether that be helping the University of Akron reach more people than ever before on social media platforms, or by delivering record sales to a personal trainer who was just getting his start. Nolan currently serves as the company’s President and Creative Director, where he meets with our clients day to day and ensures that PCG will continue to provide great quality while consistently growing for years to come!
Cole Sarver
Lead Editor
Cole Sarver is a creative from Northeast Ohio with experience with the Columbus Crew, Country Fest Ohio, and the OHSAA. Cole is currently serving as the Lead Editor for Pascu Creative and is consistently pushing the boundaries on what we are able to provide for our clients. Outside of work with PCG, Cole owns and operates his own freelance business, Cole Sarver Media.
Carlos Herriott
Creative
Carlos Herriott is a creative from the Cincinnati area with experience with the University of Cincinnati Athletics and 4th Floor Creative. Carlos has a lot of experience in the commercial video space and puts it to great use with PCG. When he isn’t with us, he owns his own production company, LOSPRODUCTIONS LLC.
Will Burr
Creative
Will Burr is a creative from Northeast Ohio with a strong background in athletics video, Will was the Student Assistant Director of Creative Media for Kent State Football, as well as working with a number of high performing high school and college lacrosse teams as a freelancer. Most recently, Will worked with the Massillon Tigers as he followed them all season to capture their undefeated run to a state championship. Will always puts in effort to capture the content that really sets us apart from video that can be pulled from a broadcast in our event coverage.
Kailah Cassidy
Creative
Kailah Cassidy is a creative out of the Cleveland area with direct experience with the “big three” in Cleveland sports, she has experience working with the NFL, Cleveland Cavaliers, and the Cleveland Guardians. She also has experience working the College Football Playoff as a photographer. Outside of Pascu Creative, Kailah still works full time for the Cavs and part time for the NFL!
